Foxbank Plantation is located just 25 miles from downtown Charleston, halfway between Goose Creek and Moncks Corner. To call this community home, it's going to cost you anywhere from $225,000 to $480,000. Homes feature a Charleston architecture design with a range of styles and sizes—from 3 to 7 bedrooms.

One reason Foxbank is awesome is its many amenities. This includes a 67-acre lake with a dock for fishing and kayaking as well as 13 ponds. The community also includes two pools, a fitness center, a dog park, and more parks throughout.

If you thought that was cool, let's talk about having everything you need at your fingertips. This makes us stand out from the rest.
